Reservations

For reservations at Malaspina B&B, please contact us directly via email  or call at 604-414-0600; if the desired room is available, we will send you a confirmation of your booking via email. With direct booking we can provide a better service, make your dinner reservations, provide more information about the area, answer to all your questions, etc. All direct reservations require cash payment at arrival time; we are not able to process any credit card payment.

You can also make a reservation at  www.booking.com . You will need a valid credit card to make a reservation and pay online through Booking.com

All guests are required to let us know (at least several days in advance) about any food preferences, allergies, special requests. Normally, we make a full, very traditional breakfast and are not prepared to make any speciality breakfast. However, if we are notified in advance, we can accommodate some of the requests. We will do our best to provide as good service as possible.

Please indicate which Unit would you like to book (Double occupancy Unit 1 with king size bed, Double occupancy Unit 2 with king size bed  or Double occupancy Unit 4 with Queen size bed).

Important: Before making a reservation, please review all our policies very carefully as there will be no exceptions. Please read a room description so you know what to expect; some Units (Unit 2 and Unit 4) are located in the main house (upstairs) and they share the bathroom. This shared bathroom was recently renovated. If you would like to have more privacy and your own bathroom, you might consider booking Unit 1. Unit 1 is more private, has a separate entry, a little balcony with umbrella and chairs and a private bathroom with a shower.

All direct bookings:  full CASH payment is required at arrival.  Sorry, due to not adequate internet and cell coverage in our location, we are not able to process any credit card payments and can accept only CASH payments.  We will accept e-transfer as a payment option. E-transfer have to be made no less than  7 days before the arrival date and it is not refundable. All guests that would prefer to pay via e-transfer instead of paying with cash, please, contact us in advance.
